SHIPPING & RETURNS:

There are three shipping options 

Free Standard Shipping with USPS First Class 

- Free for all deliveries withing the United States of America

- Takes on average 2-4 working days for deliveries however it can occasionally take 5-7 working days

- Please allow for public holidays, weekends and natural disasters which may affect the delivery of your purchase

- Tracking is available however not updated regularly 

- All orders placed before 7am weekdays will be processed and generally shipped the same business day

- In the event that your order is affected by delay, we will contact you directly

- Should your parcel not be delivered after 7 working days, please email ordersusa@maiveandbo.com for further investigation

 USPS Priority Shipping 

- Recommended for those requiring fast delivery to meet deadlines such as a baby shower, baby christening, maternity or post-baby photoshoot

- Additional $7.99  payable at checkout

- Guaranteed 1-3 day delivery in United States

- Please allow for public holidays, weekends and natural disasters which may affect the delivery of your purchase

- Regular tracking available

International Orders

All international orders are shipped with USPS International First Class and can take up to 21 days depending on your location. Tracking is available for your parcel. A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been despatched. 

* Postal charge may not include possible taxes and duties which could be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please note, if you do not respond to correspondence with customs your parcel may be delayed. To comply with United States export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all product(s) ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a “gift”, even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details

International returns: international purchases are not available for exchange. Should you be unhappy with your purchase, you can return the item for a refund of the cost of the dress only. Maive & Bo will not be held responsible for return shipping.  

RETURN POLICY

We will happily exchange or refund unsuitable items and you will only be responsible for the re-postage. 

On return, the item will be thoroughly checked by our returns team for signs of wear or damage. The item will not be eligable for exchange or refund if it shows clear signs of wear, smells strongly of body/perfume odor, contains stains such as lipstick marks or deodorant. 

 

If the item is not eligible for exchange or refund, we will get in contact with you to organise re-delivery.
